Hing Kuen learns that Man Hing is going to develop the district which Heung Wing's furniture shop is in. He at once tells him the good news. Heung Wing sells the shop at a good price. Since the shop is closed, Wai Chung hangs around bars with Hing Kuen. Pik Yu is displeased about it.
