Predsjedniku SAD-a i britanskom premijeru se rat baš nekako dopada. No ne slažu se svi s njima. Prije svega tako ne misle američki general Miller niti britanski ministar Simon Foster. Kad Simon istupom na tv-u nenamjerno podupre vojnu akciju odjednom je cijeli Washington pun prijateljskih namjera. No sve je moguće, pa i zaustaviti jedan rat. Ako mu ne upali Simon uvijek može zatražiti pomoć PR-ice Judy koja se bori sa gnjevom nezadovoljnih glasača.
