Familijny serial na podstawie cyklu powieści o stworzonej przez Astrid Lindgren Pippi Pończoszance. Osamotniona 9-latka Pippi wprowadza się do domu sąsiadującego z mieszkaniem Tommy'ego i Anniki. Chłopiec i dziewczynka szybko przekonują się, że ich nowa sąsiadka to wyjątkowo ekscentryczna postać: ma nadludzką siłę, mnóstwo złotych monet i nie przestrzega żadnych zasad. Jest za to pełna optymizmu, pozytywnie nastawiona do wszystkich wokół, a jej fantazja nie zna granic. Towarzyszą jej małpka i koń.
