When FUNG-NIN knew that MA has been caught, he found that CHING has also arrived the Capital City. Four of them tried to figure out the plan. KWAI planned to seek help from the Vice Mayor TSUI KONG. In fact, KWAI has engaged to KONG’s son. KONG refused and wanted to terminate the engagement. WAI proposed to help KWAI but hinted to have sexual relationship with her. KWAI and KIU left in a huff.
