The feminists strongly denounce and urge him to close Oi Pei Sai. It deals a fatal blow to the business of Oi Pei Sai. Tong Son claims that he will buy machines to open the gold mine. He issues depentures as a means to raise money. In fact, it is just a gimmick to defraud the villagers' money. However, the villagers are all willing to use their savings to invest in Tong Son's project. Director Law's movie is nearly finished.
